Develop and manage sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets, adapting quickly to market changes and learnings.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to align sales efforts with business objectives, creating a unified, agile approach to sales.
Manage and hire a world-class sales team.
Implement sales tools and infrastructure to enable the continued growth and success of the sales organization.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast sales opportunities to meet and exceed quota expectations.
5+ years of experience as a top-performing Account Executive, 2+ years in an AE management role
Ability to build sales playbooks and strategies
Experience implementing software tools to enable sales teams
Bonus points if you have previous experience selling AI or customer support/experience software
