Senior Specialist, Global Corporate Services - Client Facing

Responsibilities:

  • Entity creation and maintenance across the globe.

  • Assist and lead projects related to commercial and corporate law matters to support our fast growth.

  • Assist in identifying and implementing legal and mobility department tools to streamline new or existing practices.

  • Assist in developing learning and knowledge materials for the legal and mobility team and supporting departments to promote knowledge transfer.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, support, service, business development, regulatory, IT, and finance, as well as various business units.

  • Help define and drive strategic and operational initiatives with on-time and on-budget results.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years experience in corporate governance and administration, corporate/commercial law or a related role.

  • Bachelor's degree in law, accountancy or corporate administration or related field.

  • Excellent presentation skills and gravitas to hold the room.

  • Strong proficiency in using Jira, Salesforce, Looker, or equivalent tools.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Google equivalents).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility and a willingness to learn.

  • Fluent in English

Desired Skills:

  • Fluent in another language.

  • Experience in corporate governance and legal operations.

  • Experience working with large international teams spread across multiple time zones.
