This position offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic oversight with operational execution, resulting in high-impact outcomes. This role requires attention to detail and a strong customer-focused approach.In this role you’ll get to:• Administer the everyday workflow of all implementation processes and provide supporting documentation and executive reports of project rollout• Run concurrent projects simultaneously in a portfolio, and help facilitate task completion across multiple engineering teams• Partner across all functions of the org; delivery, pre-sales, senior leadership, and sales• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination• Coordinate with the team to resolve all issues within the required timeframes and recommend appropriate changes to the customer• Monitor all implementation requests and track resources and scheduling• Evaluate risks and scope and ensure all items from the contract have been completed according to customer specifications• Manage quality assurance for the implementation, ensuring all deployment stages have been quality controlled and peer-reviewed for accurate configuration• Manage Project Closure and ensure success criteria have been met for every single project consistently• Maintain all project plans, ensure compliance to timeframes and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processesTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:• A background in project management, and experience with software deployments from conception roll out and completion• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders• Experience managing multiple technically complex projects• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and Salesforce• Project Management Certification and completion of Splunk Fundamentals I training are desired• Experience in a customer-facing role in a technical environment• Experience in Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, SIEM/EDR technologies or a related field is a plusITAR ComplianceThis position will have access to customer data and as such is subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
