Job Description

We are looking for a People Communications Lead to join the Communications team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

  • Develop, lead, and execute an annual comprehensive internal communications plan that aligns with Delivery Hero’s vision as the world's leading local delivery platform. 
  • Create consistent messaging to boost employee engagement across all internal channels, aligning with Delivery Hero’s principles and strategic business goals.
  • Establish employee guidelines and tools - templates, toolkits, and processes - to effectively communicate cyclical and Ad Hoc announcements across Delivery Hero. 
  • Draft, edit, and review content for employee policy updates and corporate initiatives to ensure transparency and engagement.  
  • Act as a communications point of contact for the People & Culture leadership team, and other departments and Delivery Hero senior leaders on all employee communications.  
  • Develop measurable metrics and KPIs on internal communications effectiveness like employee feedback, event participation and content interaction rates to improve our internal communications strategy.

Qualifications

  • 12 years plus in internal communications, specifically covering employee experience and policies 
  • BA or MA degree in communications or related field
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise using employee engagement channels including Slack, Confluence, Braze, Slido, and Google Workspace
  • Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills 
  • Dynamic and collaborative team player, adaptable to the fast-paced environment
  • Fluent German speaker would be a plus, as well as experience in the technology sector and/or a company with global employees
