Aujourd’hui dentolo Deutschland GmbH recherche un Sales Manager francophone (h/f/x) motivé(e) pour nous accompagner dans le lancement de notre produit en France. Ce poste est à temps plein (40 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi) avec une organisation de travail hybride (Home Office possible). Idéalement, vous résidez dans la région de Berlin/Brandebourg.

Votre rôle au sein de l’équipe

Chez dentolo, la mission dépasse de simples ventes. 🎯 Le poste consiste à devenir le premier point de contact pour les clients B2C et à les accompagner dans la découverte de nos produits d’assurance révolutionnaires.

  • Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer la solution idéale.
  • Conseiller les clients sans prospection à froid : ici, ce sont eux qui viennent avec leurs demandes. 💡
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe pour partager des idées, apprendre ensemble et atteindre de nouveaux objectifs. 🚀

  • L’envie de communiquer au téléphone, le dynamisme pour les ventes, et la capacité à captiver l’attention sont essentiels. 📞
  • La persévérance, l’esprit créatif et le goût pour les défis .
  • Une maîtrise parfaite du français (minimum niveau C1) ainsi qu’un bon niveau d’anglais (minimum B2),.

Un plus 😉

  • Une affinité pour le monde animal ou des connaissances en médecine vétérinaire 🐾
  • Une première expérience en vente par téléphone est un atout, mais les parcours atypiques sont également valorisés.
  • Les profils en reconversion ou ayant une expérience en contact client sont les bienvenus.
  • Connaissance de l’allemand est un plus
