This role requires someone who can take a human-centered design approach to build intuitive and delightful user experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring digital products to life—from research to wireframes, prototypes, and final visual design.

Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for the web.

  • Apply and evolve design systems and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Experience designing responsive interfaces across multiple devices and platforms.

  • Strong UX writing and communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

  • Work during Eastern Time business hours.

Soft Skills

  • Open to feedback and eager to grow—comfortable iterating quickly.

  • Strong communicator who can explain design rationale clearly and concisely.

  • Collaborative and candid- able to engage in constructive dialogue with teammates.

  • Confident in your ideas but team-oriented in your execution.

Other

  • Ability to work effectively across multiple remote, cross-functional teams.

  • Portfolio and case studies demonstrating your design process.

  • English proficiency: B2–C1 level.

  • Nice to Have:

    • Exposure to AI/ML-powered product features or workflows
