Senior Product Owner

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Product Owner to lead a small product team and act as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, have experience in Agile methodologies, and demonstrate expertise in managing Scrum ceremonies. Your ability to gather and synthesize requirements, write clear user stories, and work closely with technical teams will play a crucial role in delivering successful product outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team to ensure product requirements are effectively translated into actionable features.
  • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Write detailed and comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation to support development efforts.
  • Manage and track progress using tools like Jira and Confluence, ensuring visibility and clarity for all team members.
  • Work closely with the development team to clarify technical requirements, answer questions, and resolve blockers as needed.
  • Ensure alignment between product features and stakeholder expectations through continuous feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with designers using tools like Figma (a plus) to refine feature requirements and enhance user experience.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
