As an Account Manager at Dext, you'll be at the forefront of empowering accountants with innovative technology solutions that drive greater productivity and profitability. Your primary focus will be to introduce new product offerings to your existing accounts while actively seeking out additional opportunities to add value. With your keen market awareness and the support of our passive account management tools, you'll be making a significant impact on expanding our monthly recurring revenue. Building robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders is essential, as you'll work closely with them to create a seamless buying experience. Your consultative approach will help you understand customer needs and pain points, allowing you to create effective solutions that not only solve their issues but also enhance their overall journey with Dext.
