About the Role
The Client Coordination Associate will initially be collaborating with other Associates already working on the team.
The best candidate should be passionate, highly motivated, ambitious, and highly knowledgeable with a good track record on client service. This position is crucial for the APAC team in order to enhance the quality of services that Dialectica offers. As a Client Coordination Associate, you will be a liaison between our clients in Asia-Pacific region and experts with deep industry knowledge. You will be responsible to evaluate clients’ needs, conduct desktop research on companies and markets as well as facilitate the communication between Industry Specialists and our Clients. You will also learn how to manage a client base of established strategy consultancies and/or corporates & PEs. This is a fast paced, client facing, and communication heavy role with a focus on effectiveness, organization, lead generation and most importantly mentoring.
You will be generating value and facilitating Dialectica’s swift client response mindset as we expand our reach and create opportunity in multiple geographies.
An important priority of this role will also be opening and growing our relationship and revenue with our clients in Australia. Some of our clientele has shown interest in the region, opening up new offices, specifically around PE activities. We believe that Australia can be a sizeable market for Dialectica and help with the growth we envision in the region.
