Office Assistant/HR- Bilingual/Spanish

BE Power Equipment is North America’s fastest growing manufacturer of power equipment (pressure washers, air compressors, generators and water pumps). We are a third-generation family-owned business that is focused on designing quality products and delivering exceptional service.

We are in search of a dynamic HR Bilingual Professional to work out of our manufacturing facility in Shakopee, MN.

Our ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions and Operational excellence by ensuring the smooth operation of various HR and Front Office processes. If you are enthusiastic about working in a Human Resources role in the manufacturing industry and enjoy a fast-paced environment solving problems, processing paperwork, and handling phone calls we would love to see your application!

  • 2+ years of experience in a Office Admin or Human Resources role.
  • Exceptional Bilingual verbal and written proficiencies in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Paychex, UltiPro, or iCIMS.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to effectively plan and prioritize tasks and projects, completing them accurately within daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must have skill).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide welcoming, warm and professional service to all visitors, applicants and employees requesting assistance in the HR and Front Office Operations area.
  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews (English and Spanish).
  • Answer and appropriately direct incoming calls.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate onboarding processes.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
  • A competitive wage of $25 -$26/hour and total compensation package commensurate with experience.
