The Sales and Marketing Coordinator role is a critical position within the DocStation team, designed to prepare the Marketing and Sales team for advancement. This role involves key responsibilities that bridge marketing initiatives with strategic sales support, and will lead projects to ensure effective engagement with the DocStation brand. This position, reporting to the Director of Marketing, includes strategic planning, content creation, and event coordination.
To succeed in this role, prior experience in marketing, event coordination, or content management is recommended but not required. Knowledge of the pharmacy or SaaS industry is beneficial. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow professionally within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Webinar and Online Workshop Coordination:
Organize and host webinars and online workshops to educate potential and existing customers about the product.
Coordinate with speakers and manage the technical aspects of the webinars.
Conference Coordination:
Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of events and tradeshows, including logistics and vendor relationships.
Ensure successful and impactful participation in events and tradeshows.
Content Marketing:
Create and manage content for blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns.
Work with content creators to ensure content is relevant, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
Email Marketing
Design and execute email marketing campaigns on a regular basis.
Segment email lists and personalize content to increase engagement and conversions.
Social Media Management:
Develop a social media calendar and monitor for timely topics.
Respond to mentions and own the relationship with LinkedIn video thought leadership vendor.
Lead Generation:
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential customers.
Use tools like CRM systems to track and manage leads and conversions, including leads from conferences
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain and update customer databases.
Assist in managing customer relationships and follow up on feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
1-3 years experience in the sales or marketing field is desired.
Previous experience in conference event planning.
Knowledge of pharmacy and/or SaaS space desired.
Strong work ethic within remote environment and desire to learn on the job.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
Passion for project management and/or marketing.
Ability to deal with high-profile/high-volume clientele in an appropriate manner.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Sales experience is a plus.

Salary
The salary range for this full-time position is $55,000 - $70,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and reflect the minimum and maximum salary across all US locations (please note: salaries are location agnostic). Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We will talk about compensation in our first conversation and be transparent throughout the process about which level we think is the best match for you in our organization.
