Location: This role is hybrid, averaging 2-3 days per week in a Fluence hub in either Houston, TX / Alpharetta, GA / Arlington, VA / Mountain View, CA.
This role, as part of the Service Sales Engineering, Americas team, will support Fluence Sales throughout North and South America.

Fluence is on the lookout for a talented Service Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team! As a global leader in intelligent energy storage and optimization solutions, we’re transforming the renewable energy landscape. In this role, you'll become an essential part of our Service Sales Engineering Americas team, providing critical technical support to our sales teams across North and South America. If you have a background in engineering, especially electrical, and have been involved with energy storage, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You'll work closely with our sales teams to understand and negotiate technical specifications for energy storage service agreements, and prepare detailed cost estimates to ensure our solutions are not only innovative but also commercially viable. You'll also collaborate with engineering and service teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs while supporting contract negotiations and project delivery.
