IT Lead

About the Role: 

The IT Lead will be responsible for directing and managing the organization's technology infrastructure, strategic IT initiatives, and technical team performance. 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies aligned with business objectives 

  • Lead and mentor technical team of infrastructure, support, and development professionals 

  • Manage technology budget, resource allocation, and strategic technology investments 

  • Oversee network, security, cloud, and infrastructure operations 

  • Drive digital transformation and technology innovation initiatives 

  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements 

  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies 

  • Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships 

Qualifications:  

Technical Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field 

  • 5-8 years of progressive IT leadership experience 

  • Advanced technical knowledge of:  

  • Enterprise network infrastructure 

  • Cloud computing platforms 

  • Cybersecurity frameworks 

  • IT service management 

  • Enterprise architecture 

  • Proven experience managing complex IT environments 

Leadership Requirements 

  • Strong strategic planning skills 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 

  • Team development and mentoring experience 

  • Budget management expertise 

  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities 

  • Change management proficiency 

Certifications 

  • ITIL certification 

  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) 

  • CISSP or equivalent security certification preferred
