Who you are

We’re seeking a Senior/Lead Brand Designer passionate about owning, evolving and delivering world-class brand experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints while driving strategic creative opportunities across doxy.me. You will oversee projects, support the team and, most importantly, collaborate closely with stakeholders. The Brand Design team at doxy.me is responsible for driving all areas of our brand forward, ensuring it drives a strong connection with our audience and sets a standard for the brand in the telehealth space.

What you’ll do

  • Creative Leadership: Oversee the brand’s visual identity, ensuring creativity and consistency across all channels, and supporting the team in delivering standout design.

  • Strategic Direction: Drive the development and implementation of strategic creative initiatives that add measurable value to the company.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: You’ll work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders across the business. You’ll take on feedback, know when to push back and always fly the flag for quality over quantity.

  • Self-Serve Enablement: Support the creation, testing, and implementation of self-serve templates and tools, enabling other teams to maintain brand consistency while designing efficiently.

  • Leadership and Mentorship: You’ll lead, where required, and mentor junior team members, fostering our collaborative culture and supporting the creation of brilliant work.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in creative design and branding, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of driving high-impact creative initiatives.

  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

  • Previous experience in budget management and resource allocation.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Familiarity with creative industry trends and emerging technologies is preferred.

  • Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
