Our Design team’s mission is to provide a voice of empathy and develop the most engaging user experiences within the Jeeves product. As a senior-level Product Designer at Jeeves, you will guide the product's experience and approach on features that empower our customers and the people behind them.


Location: This role is based out of Mexico City, Mexico, and is a full-time hybrid position with the opportunity to come into our office in Roma Norte area. #LI-HYBRID


You are:
  • A storyteller. You promote the vision for the product and achieve it through design exploration, documentation, and presentations.A doer. You use your years of experience to quickly move projects forward, using domain expertise, establishing principles, and conducting research An advocate of design systems. You can use existing design systems and standards and work to improve these systems and standards.A team player. You are highly collaborative with UX researchers, product managers, product marketers and engineers. You are able to work with a range of disciplines to execute on your work.Optionally, knowledgeable about payments. You have an understanding of the network of partners and stakeholders in the payments ecosystem, and are excited about telling the story of how Jeeves’ platform is differentiated within this space.


You will:
  • Design across many mediums, from mobile to desktop
  • Create and collaborate on the product vision with leadership
  • Work with essential research, design, product and engineering partners
  • Report directly into core product leadership
  • Influence design practices team operations 
  • Apply domain expertise and research to keep work moving forward
  • Own the end to end experience from research, prioritization of scope with Product Manager, design and prototyping through delivery and partnering with Developers 


Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant design experience
  • You have a portfolio that shows work you were directly responsible for
  • Experience as a primary contributor to multiple high impact projects
  • Advocate the customer perspective across Jeeves
  • A willingness to get hands-on and personally recruit participants
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience working across teams and forging partnerships
  • A passion to build user-focused products that solve important problems
  • Experience in payments or financial services is preferred but not required
