Sie begeistern sich für neue Entwicklungen, Innovationen und Trends im Bereich Industrieprojekte? Ihr Gespür für Marktentwicklungen sowie Ihre analytischen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten machen Sie aus? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig! Als Business Development Manager:in an unseren Standorten in Köln oder Düsseldorf sind Sie Teil des dynamischen Regional Sales Teams. Sie treiben strategische Partnerschaften mit unseren Industriekunden voran und gestalten die Zukunft unserer regionalen Marktaktivitäten unternehmerisch mit.

  • Verantwortung für die strategische Marktbearbeitung und die Vernetzung mit neuen sowie bestehenden Kunden in den zur Industrie gehörenden Branchen
  • Erarbeitung einer Marktstrategie sowie Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Business Cases zur Neukundengewinnung sowie zum Bestandskundenmanagement
  • Platzieren von Beratungs-, Management- und Planungsdienstleistungen der Drees & Sommer-Gruppe bei Bestands- und Neukunden inkl. Unterstützen bei  Angebotslegungen und Vergabeverfahren
  • Ausbau eines Verbands- und Kundennetzwerks für ausgewählte strategische Kunden sowie Pflege relevanter Daten in CRM-Systemen
  • Erstellung von Marktrecherchen und Benchmark-Analysen zu Trends und Innovationen Konzeptionieren und Organisieren von Messen und Veranstaltungsformaten sowie Unterstützen bei der Umsetzung von Social-Media-Kampagnen

Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Fachbereich wie Immobilienwirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Business Development, Vertrieb oder im Bereich Strategieentwicklung und Consulting, idealerweise in Bauprojekten im Industriebereich
  • Erfahrung in der Marktanalyse sowie in der Ableitung von Geschäftsstrategien und Maßnahmen zur Marktbearbeitung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Starke analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Strategische Denkweise sowie Gespür für Märkte und Trends
  • Proaktives Vorgehen und hohe Überzeugungskraft, verbunden mit selbstsicherem Auftreten
