Ihre Arbeitsweise ist gekennzeichnet durch Sorgfalt und Präzision und darüber hinaus besitzen Sie eine analytische Denkweise? Sie sind proaktiv, durchsetzungsstark und kommunikativ? Dann kommen Sie zu uns als Spezialist:in HR Controlling und Analytics. 
Diese Position kann an all unseren Standorten in Deutschland wie z.B. Stuttgart, München, Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig sowie Köln bzw. auch von Ihrem Wunschstandort und hybrid aus dem Mobile Office ausgeführt werden. Bitte geben Sie Ihre Standortpräferenz an.

  • Steuern des Personalplanungsprozesses – inkl. der toolgestützten Personalkostenplanung
  • Technisches Verwalten des Personalplanungstools CoPlanner (bspw. Berechtigungsmanagement)
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Führungskräfte, HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs) und andere Corporate Units (wie z.B. Finance/ Marketing/ Legal) zu Themen des Personalcontrollings und HR Analytics
  • Nutzen und Weiterentwickeln von Microsoft Power BI als internes Reportingtool, sowie Unterstützen und Beraten von HR CoEs und Führungskräften in der Anwendung und dem Roll-Out
  • Schnittstelle zu Finance zu allen Themen der Personalkostenplanung und der Harmonisierung im Reporting von Personalzahlen
  • Erstellen von Reports, Analysen, Benchmarks und Handlungsempfehlungen für Führungskräfte inkl. Top Executive Level
  • Konzeptionelles Mitarbeiten beim Auf- und Ausbau von Instrumenten und Tools für das HR Reporting in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der HR IT

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung von mind. 3 Jahren im (Personal-) Controlling / HR Analytics
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insb. Excel) sowie Kenntnisse in einem HCM-System (z.B. SAP SuccessFactors); Kenntnisse in MS Power BI von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe analytische Fähigkeiten, Spaß an der Arbeit mit Daten sowie hohe Zahlen- und IT-Affinität
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
