DSI has an immediate opening for a National Outside Sales Enablement Specialist (OSE Rep). This role is a work-from-home, field-based training and coaching position with a strong focus on B2B and D2D mobility/wireless sales to businesses. It involves substantial travel to work alongside dealer partners, training their sales teams on-site, and supporting them in the field to drive success.
When not traveling, the OSE Rep will focus on preparing for future travel, connecting with dealer partners to plan upcoming meetings, and conducting virtual coaching and training sessions to reinforce skills and strategies. Internal reporting on dealer visits is a key responsibility, requiring detailed and timely submissions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B D2D sales, with expertise in mobility and wireless solutions. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of best-in-class results for dealer partners.
