The Director Systems Support & Programs position is a leadership role responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives and driving organizational success through advanced planning and execution.

 How you will make an impact:

• Oversees system configurations for billing, products, providers, and claims.

• Oversees the relationships between systems support, business units, IT, vendors and other areas to ensure work deliverables are evaluated from end to end.

• Oversees the prioritization and quality programs.

• Oversees business analysis area to ensure business needs are clearly identified, documented, tested and delivered within scope.

• Oversees the delivery of projects and ensures development and compliance of project management methodologies.

• Or oversees the delivery of system and soft-skill training and documentation of processes and procedures.

• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 9 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and negotiation skills, with advanced strategic planning and organizational skills strongly preferred.

• Prior leadership experience preferred.

• Agile experience required for fostering adaptive and collaborative team environments preferred.

• Proficiency in JIRA and ServiceNow (SNOW) preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of testing processes and requirements is necessary preferred.

• Proven ability to build partnerships with IT and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement preferred.

• FEP knowledge preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $145,824 to $249,984.

Locations: California; Colorado; District of Columbia (Washington, DC); Illinois; Maryland; Minnesota; Nevada; New York.
