Position Summary

 

As the Creative Director, Design you will be responsible for leading the vision and design direction for our digital campaigns and campaign activations. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and global HQ to drive the development of cohesive and innovative designs that resonate with our target market, disrupt norms, and elevate our brand's positioning.

 

Key Responsibilities


- Drive the overall creative direction for new digital campaigns and market-specific extensions of global brand initiatives, ensuring coherence across all touch points.

- Lead and inspire concepts and design themes that align with the brand's global identity.

- Coordinate with the global visual merchandising team on new product launches to build a cohesive creative approach in local markets.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams internally (brand, global creative, social, PR) and with agency partners to ensure all projects meet the highest standards of creative and brand excellence.

- Provide strong guidance and clear feedback to agency partners to drive creative to meet brand standards.

- Contribute to agency briefs from a creative POV.

- Stay abreast of cultural and market trends as well as connectivity to our community to inform innovation in creative.

 

Qualifications


- BA or BFA in Graphic Design

- 10+ years of experience in a creative department, either agency or brand side, with a focus on premium brands.

- Demonstrated understanding of craft in typography, colour, hierarchy, and visual language.

- A proactive and collaborative approach to work with clear perspective with equally impactful communication style, both written and verbal.

- Proven track record of success as a creative leader with forward-thinking mindset.

- Passion for disruption, creativity, and cultural trends.

- Autonomous self-starter who is successful at managing multiple projects without swirl, and comfortable with pivots and tight timelines.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a strong sense of innovative creativity and bold design.

- Strong understanding of beauty industry and consumers.

-Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
