Responsibilities:

 

Supplier Quality Management System

•  Partner with the QMS Manager to develop a global supplier quality management system, maintain and finetune with matching e.l.f. business strategy

•  Adopt the Targeted Supplier Management approach as tiered supplier quality management to assess, rate, improve, and exit with focus.

•  With the business needs on a strong global supplier pool, establish a supplier qualification process to enroll suppliers meeting e.l.f. standard.

•  Travel to and onboard new suppliers in Europe and North America as needed.

 

Product Quality Management

•  Setup quality standards and procedures for all key processes relating to non-Asia product and supplier quality management

•  Keep the suppliers well aware and trained on related e.l.f. requirement, and verify through daily management

•  Participate and lead all quality aspects during new product development discussions with suppliers

•  Address marketed product quality related incidents with various functions through effective CAPA

•  Coordinate the distribution centers to build the quality management system, and also supervise incoming inspection when needed.

 

Requirements:

 

•  Bachelor or above degree, major in chemistry, biology or other related or other technical disciplines preferred

•  6+ years’ experience of quality assurance, and experience of cosmetic industry is highly preferred

•  6+ years experiences in QA and /or plant operation with good understanding of GMP and QA requirements

•  Risk analysis and management under stress

•  Good sense of urgency

•  Strong collaboration and influencing skills under remote management

•  Root cause analysis and problem solving with minimum business impact
