Job Description

Our team members work in cross functional teams in projects on different scales in various industries. Their main responsibility is to ensure exceptional software quality through utilizing the best practices in all phases of software development in order to ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability of applications. With deep knowledge of various types of applications, databases, and operating systems, they maintain high standards of product excellence and user satisfaction.

We are looking for a Digital Workspace Support Engineer to join our Applications Management team in Bucharest. Applications management involves overseeing the lifecycle of software applications, including deployment, monitoring, maintenance and optimization to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver value effectively.

Qualifications

The Digital Workspace team is responsible for delivering the digital environment in which employees interact with technology to work effectively and efficiently. The focus is on providing a secure, user-friendly experience by integrating appropriate technologies, applications, and devices. The team aims to enhance collaboration, communication, and productivity within the client's global workforce whilst supporting the client's goals and objectives. 

Skills/Qualifications/Experience

  • Provide and support collaboration tools, including email, instant messaging, video conferencing and collaborative document editing
  • Provide training to end-users on digital tools, applications, and best practices
  • Offer technical support for digital workspace-related issues and inquiries
  • Working within an ITIL framework
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience supporting the Microsoft collaboration stack: MS Teams, M365, ADFS, EntraID, MS System Center, MS Dynamics CRM, MS PowerApps
  • Knowledge of Apple iOS, iManage Work,  HP/Dell EUC desired
