As a Senior Product Manager for Enpal Energy, you will drive the technical vision and strategy for our Enpal Energy products. You will work cross-functionally to build and execute the roadmap, ensure our digital products are scalable, available, and secure, and drive technical excellence while meeting business objectives in a rapidly scaling infrastructure.

At Enpal, you will be responsible for:   

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Enpal Energy products that span topics such as our green electricity tariff, direct marketing and VPP (Virtual Power Plant). Translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining a balance between scalability, speed, and business goals.   

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead complex product development efforts across multiple teams. You will work closely with engineering teams (IoT, Customer App and Platform) and with our external partners to create impactful solutions for our products within Enpal Energy.

• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Drive alignment across the organization by managing stakeholders at all levels. Provide high-level reporting on key initiatives, metrics, and OKRs. Transform complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.   

• Technical Product Development: Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, prioritizing features and capabilities based on business impact and technical constraints. Build and maintain the technical landscape overview and investment needs for speed, resilience, and scalability initiatives.   

• You have a strategic mindset, technical depth, and a passion for building resilient products, fast.  

• You have a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions for complex business problems.  

• You have 5+ years of technical product management experience

• You have a proven track record of shipping successful products and features, with experience in agile methodologies and product development processes.   

• You excel in product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap development, with the ability to balance technical debt, feature development, and business needs.   

• You have strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience and the ability to define and track relevant metrics.   

• You have outstanding communication skills in both English and German, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences and drive alignment across teams.   

• You have a self-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, take ownership, and drive results.   

• You have a pragmatic approach to product development, focusing on iterative improvements.
