Enterprise Account Executive

About the Position

Rev is looking to grow our sales team by hiring an experienced Account Executive. You will place a crucial role in expanding our presence in the enterprise market, particularly focusing on clients within the entertainment and media industry as well as video platforms. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and presenting our tailored speech-to-text solutions that align with their business objectives.

Responsibilities


  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise clients while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our speech-to-text services
  • Generate and qualify leads, conduct research, and develop strategic account plans to win new business owning the full-cycle sales process 
  • Identify and target potential enterprise clients within the entertainment and media industry
  • Collaborate with our technical and solutions teams to understand client requirements thoroughly and present customized speech-to-text solutions and proposals to address their unique needs and challenges
  • Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals that align with revenue targets and profitability goals 
  • Consistently exceed quarterly sales quota and maintain pipeline to support selling over quota
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools to provide regular updates to the sales leadership team
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and product feedback loop understanding the voice of the customer
  • Consistently exceed quarterly sales quota and maintain pipeline to support selling over quota
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the speech-to-text and entertainment and media sectors. Share insights with the team to refine our offerings.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of B2B software sales experience required
  • Proven track record of closing experience selling SaaS (subscription-based selling) products
  • Experience selling into the entertainment and media industry or speech-to-text AI solutions preferred 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tool including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach.io, Sales Assembly, etc. 
  • Results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Adaptability and the willingness work + thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environment
  • Experience presenting to senior-level audiences and comfort working in and through a cross-functional organization
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships.
