Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking to hire a Lead Recruiter, to join our team in our team.

Job Summary:

As our Lead Recruiter, you'll spearhead our recruitment efforts, driving strategic initiatives to attract top talent and elevate our recruiting practices. You'll collaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across diverse industries.
  • Recruitment Process Optimization: Streamline and improve our recruitment processes, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and coach our recruitment team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving professional development.
  • Employer Branding: Build and strengthen our employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging talent acquisition strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including a proven track record in managing a team.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • A basic monthly salary that is determined based on experience

Work Setup:

  • Location: Sheikh Zayed.
  • Hybrid Model - 3 days from office, 2 days from home.
  • Working Hours: 9AM-6PM - including one hour break.
  • Fridays and Saturdays are off.
