Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.Our culinary team strives to ensure that everyone dining at Epic, including those with special dietary needs, feels safe and informed. You will be responsible for providing accurate and thorough nutrition and allergen information for dishes served during daily lunch service (for which our menus change daily) and serve as a resource to guests during events hosted on campus.Strong communication skills are key as you’ll collaborate closely with a variety of culinary team members from the time a recipe is written by our chefs until a dish is plated. You will confirm incoming product, keep a pulse on changes made to recipes during preparation, and advise others on the team to ensure our offerings are well rounded. You will also serve as an expert resource for Epic staff on all-things nutrition. This includes developing and teaching nutrition education programs for the culinary team, answering all nutrition and allergen questions, and creating nutrition resources for Epic staff as a whole.
