In this role, you will be defining and designing new experiences and improving on existing ones in close collaboration with cross-functional product partners in engineering, research, analytics, marketing and product management.This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Director of Product Design. Together they drive their own part of the Etsy customer experience by delivering solutions to problems and getting feedback directly from customers.What does the day-to-day look like?• Designing polished, interactive prototypes to bring your team’s roadmap to life• Sharing your work with peers and leadership to collect feedback and iterate• Taking part in weekly design critiques, workshops, and squad meetings• Thinking and writing about your process and documenting your decisions• Collaborating with engineering to build your design to spec before launch• Collecting feedback through both research and experimentation to refine and iterate on your designs• Of course, this is just a sample of the kinds of work this role will require!
