This role involves creating engaging visual content for our internal learning programs and digital channels. The ideal candidate will excel in both graphic design and video production, ensuring a consistent and creative communication strategy across all platforms.Responsibilities:Graphic Design:• Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including internal communications, website banners, educational materials and templates .• Develop and maintain brand identity materials, such as logos, style guides, and marketing collateral.• Support the department with creative assets for various learning programs and initiatives.Motion Graphics & Video Editing:• Create and edit motion graphics for various internal digital channels, including training videos, and promotional content.• Develop engaging video concepts that align with company goals and employee engagement strategies.• Incorporate animations, transitions, and other motion elements to enhance video content.• Ensure all video content is consistent with company branding and messaging.Collaboration and Communication:• Work closely with the department team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media Production, Communications, or a related field or 5+ years of professional experience.• Proven experience in graphic design and video production.• Expert in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.• Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to convey complex ideas through visual media.• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.• Familiarity with 3D design software and techniques.• Knowledge of internal marketing trends and strategies.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Additional InformationWork Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.
