About the position:

The primary role of the Executive Assistant is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Tech Americas Management in different areas. Main responsibilities focus upon supporting all administrative activities surrounding the coordination with the Management Team.

ING Americas Tech is the support backbone and catalyst for new and innovative solutions that drive growth for both internal and external customers. We strive to bring technical expertise and business knowledge together to support a wide range of products within media and telecoms (TMT), utilities power and renewables, natural resources, food and agribusiness, real estate and infrastructure, with financial product specialists in industry lending, corporate finance, debt capital, commodity and export financing, sustainable finance and much more.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative duties (calendar, flight bookings, meeting minutes) for the CIO and the other Management Team members.
• Oversees the bigger picture where the Tech department is heading towards and pro-actively proposes improvements when necessary.
• Support CIO Office

o Administrate IT Purchases and IT Invoice Processing

o Travel/T&E Processing

o IT Contracts / Vendor Management

o IT Event Management

o Oversee and manage IT budget activities

o Portfolio management and including gathering the Quarterly Business Review input.

o Managing the strategic backlog of the IT Strategy

Qualifications and Competencies:

• 4+ years of relevant experience as Executive Assistant in a similar environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Ability to multi-task
• Flexible and learning capacity to adapt to ongoing changes
• Budget formulation, comparative budget analysis
• Basic understanding of accounting principles

Salary range: Associate Level $84K – $115K
