Office Manager/Recruiting Coordinator

Exowatt is a next generation renewable energy company offering commercial and industrial customers a modular full-stack energy solution that can provide dispatchable power and heat for up to 24 hours per day, specifically designed to meet the needs of energy-intensive applications such as data centers. Our mission is clear, to make sustainable renewable energy always available and almost free. Exowatt is based in Miami, Florida and backed by notable investors such as a16z, Atomic, and Sam Altman.


We are hiring an experienced and innovative Office Manager/ Recruiting Coordinator who will serve as the operational backbone of our office while supporting our recruiting efforts and coordinating company events. This role will report to the Head of Talent & People.



Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management:
  • Manage daily office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and handle general inquiries
  • Assist the Controller and Executive Assistant with office budgets and processing expense reports
  • Maintain office policies and procedures

  • Recruiting Coordination:
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate tracking system and recruitment documentation
  • Prepare interview materials and assist with onboarding processes
  • Support HR initiatives and employer branding activities

  • Event Planning:
  • Organize internal company events, team-building activities, and celebrations
  • Coordinate logistics for quarterly and annual company meetings
  • Manage vendor relationships for event execution
  • Track event budgets and report on outcomes


Qualifications
  • Must be based in Miami, FL with the ability to be in the office Monday through Friday
  • 5+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles is required
  • Demonstrated experience with recruiting coordination and/or HR support is required
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with office software and management tools
  • Experience working in a start up company is preferred
  • Event planning experience preferred


$110,000 - $160,000 a year
