Job Description

  • This position is part of Experian’s Global Cloud Foundation Platform Engineering team, concentrating engineering, architecture & development of unified platform solutions, new product prototyping reporting to Senior Director Engineering
  • You will be #LI-hybrid based in Hyderabad
  • You will lead product engineering teams, fostering a culture of Engineering Excellence, and mentor and develop teams to align with business strategy.
  • You will setup and scale Engineering teams
  • You will be accountable for UKI Product and Software Deliveries, using metrics to track project health and aligning with other business units for cross-BU delivery.
  • You will be an escalation point for client delivery issues, making decisions to remove roadblocks, and drive best practices in test-driven development, CI/CD, and automated regression for high-quality deliveries.
  • You will manage and reduce TCO through simplification, automation, and optimizations.
  • You will manage the Security Dashboard, ensuring vulnerabilities are addressed within risk appetite, and manage operational and delivery risk.
  • You will collaborate with other leaders to drive team strategy and embed an innovation mindset, empowering team members to deliver end-to-end value for clients.
  • You will use metrics to drive continuous improvement and reduce tech debt, fostering a culture of improvement.
  • You will lead continuous service improvement through regular reviews and stakeholder engagement, focusing on customer needs and experience.
  • You will contribute to UK&I Revenue through cost-effective, high-quality engineering and delivery, supporting Agile methods for business outcomes.
  • You will develop and implement a delivery model for rapid concept testing and act as a business change driver, contributing to the Technology Roadmap for future growth.

Qualifications

  • Master’s in engineering, Data Science, or Computer Science.
  • 15+ years of experience in engineering, data science, or software development.
  • Hands-on Proficiency in AWS cloud, Java full stack, testing, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps & security best practices.
  • Proven team leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum (SAFE or LESS)..
