Job Description

Reporting to the Technical Consulting Manager, the Technical Consultant will configure both model and workflow deviations in the platform(s) purchased for implementation by the customer.

You will:

  • Partnering with the assigned Project Manager, lead and manage multiple technical product implementations and solutions with high quality.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and other technical team members on delivery of key solutions for the customer
  • Facilitate technical discussions for project integrations and technical solutions from one-to-many technical applications.
  • Provide technical, business consulting, and product expertise to customers enabling comprehensive solutions to be delivered to the client.
  • Use internal tools to build/ test client-facing software and to troubleshoot issues/ drive resolution.
  • Support all testing activities with client (with PMO and internal team resources).
  • Manage multiple product configurations concurrently with increased complexity including multi-year, facility, product, client host systems, and risk level.
  • Consult in scoping multiple products to meet desired client measurements.
  • Identify cross product dependencies and manage configurations to accommodate

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Requires 2+ years of software implementation experience and 3+ years of revenue cycle experience in a hospital environment
  • Epic Front End Revenue Cycle Patient Access tools and optimal workflow experience
  • Team player, able to collaborate effectively across groups and learn from others - specifically sales, marketing, product, support and implementation
  • Comfortable in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment
  • Able and willing to travel as needed (minimal)
