Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be a critical partner and advisor to the business, both within the region and globally. As an individual contributor, you will provide financial analysis, planning, and reporting support for Experian North America.

 

What you'll be doing

  • You will manage the planning, organizing, and execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly forecasting and quarterly business updates.
  • You will form timelines, templates and internal review materials.
  • Design reports that give valuable understanding of historical and future financial projections that support decision making and could lead to actionable opportunities.
  • Develop P&L analytics to leverage data and identify important insights and opportunities.
  • Provide financial modeling and analytical support for multiple projects and ad hoc requests.
  • Promote continuous improvement and standardization in reporting through new tools, dashboards, and processes to achieve scalable analysis and insight.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar environment, including FP&A and project management experience
  • Experience with continuous improvement and process efficiency
  • Experience developing predictive analyses and using large data sets
  • Proficiency with analytical tools Hyperion SmartView, Tableau and Power BI
