Are you ready to help shape the future of sales at Experian? We are on an exciting journey to transform our business, and we need a visionary, Sales Strategy manager to lead the way. Reporting into the Sales Operations VP, you will help design the future of Experian Sales, focusing on sales structure, role development, compensation plans and technology sales transformation guidelines.
You will be at the forefront of Experian’s sales transformation journey. You will design and implement strategies to mature our main sales focus areas, including go-to-market sales structure, role development, and compensation plans. We are looking for a strategy builder and someone who can turn ideas into plans and action.
You will not only make the recommendations, you help make them happen. While this is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, you will manage senior partner relationships across Experian HR, Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership in all regions. You will also collaborate with industry consultants and advisors.
Skills and Ways of Working
Strategic and Analytical: Strategic and analytical background.
Sales Team Support: Enjoys helping sales teams and has experience in sales, but prefers an operational or strategic role.
Can Implement: Able to design and recommend “how to” get it done.
Research-Oriented: Passionate about conducting internal and external research to use best practices.
Agile Environment: Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
Presentation: Able to present recommendations, using data and success stories to support points.
SAAS Experience: Has experience working in or with SAAS sales organisations.
Raw Skills: Gen AI, PowerPoint,
Experience
Experience within a Sales/Revenue Operations department, or similar in a Technology related business.
Familiarity with best practices around change management, sales strategy, sales performance, and sales transformation
Can show examples of Sales Go To Market Design: Org/ Roles/ Goals
Knowledge of sales metrics.
Experience improving sales discipline to improve performance.
Work within an Enterprise, Global organization.
Senior partnership management.
