If agriculture is your passion and you love connecting with your community, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As the Outreach Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in organizing and executing events that promote agricultural awareness and engagement. Your day-to-day will involve everything from working closely with the Ag in the Classroom coordinator to manage educational activities to maintaining an active social media presence that showcases the important work we do. You’ll create and submit engaging articles for our Farm Bureau newsletter, ensuring our members stay informed and involved. Communication is key, and you'll be the friendly liaison between the board of directors, committee chairs, and the community, gathering input and sharing updates. You'll also handle membership details and keep our database updated, contributing to a seamless operational flow. We’re looking for detail-oriented individuals who are organized self-starters, keen on creative writing and community engagement. This role is ideally part-time, offering up to 20-24 hours a week with a flexible schedule after your initial training.
