JOB PURPOSE
Aligned with Fastmarkets' vision of being a customer-centric organization, the Commercial Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Commercial Operations in translating Fastmarkets' strategy into actionable initiatives, supporting the broader commercial function, and driving the Fastmarkets 2030 program.
This role requires a strategic thinker with an exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in understanding how Fastmarkets’ offerings add value to clients’ decision-making and operations, leveraging our extensive team of market analysts and price reporters.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Commercial Operations Manager will partner closely with the Commercial Operations Director to deliver on three key strategic pillars, driving Fastmarkets’ growth objectives.
We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, driven, and have a passion to be part of a fast-paced, successful team. Being a strong team player is also important as well as someone who is happy to work flexibly.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with relevant sales technologies is highly desirable.
