Position Overview:
As the Collections Director, you will safeguard the credit union's assets through effective collections strategies, delinquent loan management, and team development. You will oversee daily operations in areas such as real estate, charge-offs, bankruptcy, repossession, remarketing, and other delinquent loan activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering a cohesive, high-performing team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work from home after training is completed, with occasional attendance in the Dallas office as needed. Must be local to DFW.
