Responsibilities:
- Scope: Help design and drive a new planning process for better predictability, quality and alignment with business priorities and KPIs
- Own the planning process: Be a change advocate to drive planning retrospectives and improving our planning process, as our company scales and matures
- Strategic programs: Be the execution leader for major pivots or highly strategic company initiatives, ensuring that we deliver on initiatives with significant business impact.
- Crafted decision making: Drive a reliable, visible cadence for reviews, decision making, sizing, resource management so we can make the right (and sometimes hard) choice
- Communication: Ensure that updates on execution against plan, escalations and changes to plan are done in a thoughtful , methodical way to ensure smoother execution

Join Findem as a Technical Program Manager, where you’ll be instrumental in shaping how we build the best teams out there! In this role, you’ll help design and drive a new planning process that aligns perfectly with our business priorities and KPIs. You’ll own this planning process, acting as a change advocate while leading retrospectives to ensure that we continually improve as we scale. You’ll become a key player, executing major strategic initiatives with high business impact. Your ability to foster crafted decision-making will ensure that our reviews, resource management, and overall execution are both reliable and visible. As you provide thoughtful updates on execution and changes to plan, you’ll help us smooth out the hurdles that often come with growth. We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience as a software technical program manager, and who has a knack for simplifying complex processes. If you have startup experience or have previously designed a planning process, that would be a definite plus!
