(Senior) Financial Performance Manager

Your Role


As (Senior) Financial Performance Manager, you are responsible for analyzing our financial performance against the plan and communicating it towards internal and external stakeholders. You prepare our monthly Management Reporting, analyze performance drivers and develop countermeasures in collaboration with the respective business owners. You will work closely with stakeholders within Finance and other departments.

Your Responsibilities
  • Own monthly Management Reporting: You translate our monthly closing accounts into a consolidated Management Reporting and provide insightful commentary on FINN’s financial performance against the plan. The Management Reporting targets both internal and external stakeholders, including the Senior Leadership Team, shareholders and banks. 
  • Analyze financial performance:You dive deep into the underlying business drivers of the financial performance and analyze the root causes for deviations to the plan in close collaboration with the respective business owners. You set up analyses in a structured and automated way, creating transparency between business KPIs and the accounting in SAP. 
  • Enable business steering: You communicate key insights and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner, enabling data based decision making and steering of the business by the Leadership teams. 


Your Profile
  • You are a Finance professional with 3+ years of relevant work experience in Controlling or FP&A in start-up, scale up or other fast-paced environments. 
  • You graduated in a finance related field of study.
  • You are a self-starter with strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
  • You are well organized and an excellent team player.
  • You have a good accounting and consolidation knowledge. Experience with the reporting functionalities of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
