Job Title: Bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Representative

Job Overview:
FleetPulse is seeking a driven, bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role will focus on driving net new accounts by selling our telematics and trailer tracking solutions to logistics and transportation companies throughout the United States and Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and transportation sectors with a focus on the Mexico market
· Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations in both Spanish and English
· Sales presentations may be conducted remotely or on site depending on business needs
· Have control over deal-making and decision-making within the sales process including negotiating and closing deals to achieve revenue targets
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and satisfaction
· Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
· Take initiative to refine and establish processes and procedures as the company grows, working independently with minimal direction from leadership.
Qualifications:
· Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
· Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, telematics, or logistics technology
· Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits:
· On Target Earnings (OTE): $125,000 annually
· Base Salary: $65,000
· Variable Compensation: 50% of OTE ($60,000) based on performance
