About the Role

We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager, Architectural to lead projects from early design through construction completion—ensuring design intent, quality, schedule, and budget are successfully executed across all phases.  The Senior Project Manager will lead the architectural delivery of Flow’s development projects, serving as the primary liaison across internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.  This person must bring deep experience in multi-family or mixed-use development and demonstrate strong leadership in cross-disciplinary coordination.


Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural project management from concept design through construction 
  • Maintain and uphold design intent throughout all phases of project execution.
  • Oversee and coordinate consultants across architecture, interior design, engineering, landscape, and branding.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet company goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with construction teams to ensure design is executed accurately and efficiently in the field.
  • Facilitate timely decision-making, RFI responses, submittal reviews, and value engineering efforts as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and permitting requirements.


Ideal Background
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field
  • 10-15 years of Development project management experience with a focus on multi-family or mixed-use developments.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from schematic design through construction administration.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, codes, and permitting.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management software is a plus.
  • Architectural Licensure or pursuit of licensure is a plus.
  • Experience with design-forward, branded environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with South Florida building codes and permitting processes.
