As a Territory Sales Manager for our Fiberon Decking brand, you will enjoy working with customers of all sizes to attain financial sales goals through maintaining and growing the relationships with Distributors, Dealers, and construction professionals. With support of the inside sales and marketing team, you will implement promotions, programs, and processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in millwork or building materials, outside sales, be extremely autonomous, and be able to travel overnight approximately 8-10 times a month.
This remote position is based in Tampa, FL, or Orlando, FL. The territory covers Tampa, Orlando, and stretching south.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $81,000 USD - $113,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
