As Lead Analyst, ASD Operations, you will be responsible for analytics and reporting used to drive the success of our Account Servicing Department. In this role, you will investigate and implement opportunities for increased efficiency and growth, working closely with department leadership and other functions in the business including Technology, Marketing, Analytics, and the Executive Leadership Team.
In this role you will:
Integrated Partnership: Join weekly meetings and partner directly with ASD leaders to understand their focus areas and get embedded in the team
Performance Monitoring & Reporting for ASD Leadership: Review tier-level data and trends weekly and share with tier leaders and managers to direct focus
Performance Monitoring & Reporting for Senior Leadership: Analyze and communicate larger performance trends and strategic insights to leadership, managers, and other stakeholders on a monthly basis to drive the overall success of ASD
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Be the bridge between ASD and other functions in the business to effectively collaborate on key initiatives that drive the business forward including Underwriting, Finance, Marketing, Technology, Analytics, and the Executive Leadership Team
Portfolio Management: Ensure portfolios are balanced and equitable and own case movements each month
Testing Support: Support all pilot programs from a testing and data perspective to draw data-backed conclusions on the effectiveness of pilots
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis and leverage findings to optimize operational efficiency and business performance

Role Requirements:
5+ years of experience in consulting, finance, operations, or analytics.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, nested IF statements, index match, etc.), PowerPoint, and other related tools.
Proficient with common analytics and/or sales software such as Salesforce and/or Tableau.
Experience evaluating unique problems, collaboratively creating solutions, drafting project plans and delivering effective new business processes.
Ability to build long-lasting relationships with key contacts at all levels of the organization.
Self-starter, confident, with strong attention to detail and an ability to apply your analytical mind to solving problems.
