We're looking to hire 2-3 Sales Admin Assistants based in the Philippines to help us better serve small nonprofit organizations who are interested in our software.

As a Sales Admin Assistant, you’ll be providing assistance for our Account Executives for the whole sales process. You will be helping Account Executives to connect nonprofits to our software to enhance their fundraising activities. Your day-to-day involves sales activities ranging from prospecting, tracking the sale cycle of the accounts, and providing support to the sales team. 

With 50+ Filipino team members already thriving in our company, we are excited to expand this growing team with new talent!

In this role you will:

  • Provide exceptional support to our Account Executives in handling both existing and potential customers.

  • Assist in the sales process, including generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data.

  • Contribute to team efforts and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals.

  • Record and manage prospect interactions and follow-ups in our CRM.

  • Assist in prospecting to help find new points of contact and inputting those information into our CRM sequence. 

  • Help in the creation of more personalized sequences.

  • Assist the Account Executive in sales-related activities for our open deals such as creation of slides, summaries, one-pagers, pamphlets, and other materials. 

Wages

  • Hourly compensation is in $USD

  • We offer a competitive salary reflecting experience and skills

  • Aside from the base salary, there will also be an additional company contribution to go towards health insurance and additional benefits that you buy on your own

  • Target 42.5 billable hours per week

  • Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings

  • This is a work-from-home setup. 

  • You would work during US EST Hours (Approx. 8 or 9 am to 5 or 6 pm EST)

  • Individuals who graduate with a major that could be a good fit including Communications, Business Ad, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Public Administration, or other Liberal Arts and Business degrees

Benefits

Paid vacation time

  • 20 days accrued annually

  • These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.

  • Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.

Paid sick time

  • 5 sick days off annually

Paid life leave*

  • 15 days accrued annually.

  • Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time. Every 5 days your cash out is worth about $300.

*Life Leave allows team members to use their holidays as it’s meant to be – a break – whilst knowing they’ve got the breathing space to tap into extra leave for the planned and unplanned life moments.
