Sales Specialist – Small Nonprofits

At Foundry for Good, we’re dedicated to helping nonprofits increase their impact through our innovative software and services. We are looking for talented Sales Specialists based in the Philippines to help us better serve small nonprofit organizations and guide them through how our solutions can empower their missions.

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll connect nonprofits to our software and services, helping them enhance their fundraising and operations. Your day-to-day will involve active engagement with nonprofit leaders, explaining the benefits of our offerings, and guiding them through every step of the sales process.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with nonprofit professionals, educating them about the advantages of our software and services.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects to conducting compelling product demonstrations and closing deals.

  • Maintain swift and efficient communication with potential clients, with an emphasis on excellent email correspondence, Zoom, and phone conversations.

  • Record and manage prospect interactions and follow-ups in our CRM.

  • Finalize agreements through effective negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving successful sales outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role.

  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted Average (GWA).

  • Individuals who graduate with a major in Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Public Administration, or related Liberal Arts degrees are preferred.

  • Desire to excel in a sales role, including conducting demos of our software and maintaining consistent, high-quality follow-up.

  • Highly organized with excellent time management and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and overcome obstacles.

  • Passion for nonprofits and the idea of giving back to the community.

Wages:

The total hourly rate paid starts at $10.50/hour initially, with a long-term structure that includes:

  • Base Pay: $7.00 USD/hour

  • Ramping Commission: $3.00 USD/hour during the initial 3-12 months. This will transition into a commission structure where the target commission is $3.00 USD/hour or higher.

  • Health Insurance Contribution: $0.25 USD/hour toward personal health insurance costs.

  • Additional Benefits Contribution: $0.25 USD/hour toward other personal insurance or benefits.

Target Billable Hours: 42.5 hours/week.

Additional Compensation: Accrued Life Leave can be cashed out annually (approximately $650/year).

Benefits:

  • Paid Vacation Time: 20 days annually (including 5 days during the Christmas–New Year period).

  • Paid Sick Time: 5 days annually.

  • Life Leave: 15 days annually (can be cashed out in December).

  • Paid Holidays: 7 paid US holidays.

  • Additional Benefits: Bereavement policy, employee giving programs (Matching Gift Program, Volunteer Grant Program).

Work Setup:

This is a work-from-home role requiring consistent availability during US EST hours (8 or 9 AM – 5 or 6 PM EST).
