The role:
Assist the Restaurant General Manager in developing and operating a cost-effective operation which exceeds guest expectations through the service of high quality food and beverages in a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Manages the planning, organizing and directing the work of employees and is visible in the operation, providing recognition, promoting good public relations and handling complaints, concerns or special requests for guests. Controls labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions and inventory control, and works closely culinary management team ensuring excellent product quality.
