Position Summary:

The Regional Service Manager (RSM) oversees regional service tech teams to optimize project flow and throughput. The RSM provides consistent feedback and coaching to enhance speed and efficiency in pipeline management, ensuring quick resolution of stalled projects for prompt completion of service work. Accountability for achieving KPIs and fostering ownership within teams for branch service work is key. The RSM collaborates cross-functionally to address service issues, improve training, and streamline processes.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Master daily responsibilities of Service Technicians/Electricians.
- Understand project lifecycle within Freedom's process thoroughly.
- Provide feedback to design teams on local installation nuances and collaborate on practices to reduce redesigns.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize materials for successful installations.
- Conduct comprehensive training for local teams on field issues and new products/procedures.
- Ensure teams have adequate resources to meet company timelines for service work.
- Conduct regular training sessions on policy changes, processes, and new markets.
- Mentor electricians/Service Techs/Crew leads and facilitate delegation of pipeline and quality management.
- Act as a resource for local management on escalated issues and develop solutions with supervision.
- Develop training materials and SOPs for new hires and reference.
- Collaborate with Design/Construction teams to improve systems and streamline project flow and KPI capture.
- Establish teams as primary contacts for regionally assigned projects across departments.
- Maintain valid state driver’s license and clean record.
- Perform assigned duties as needed.

Qualification Requirements:

**Education & Certifications:**
- High School Graduate or GED

Experience:

- 1+ year in solar energy field
- 5+ years in electrical field (Residential and Commercial)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in National Electrical Code.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work under deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and capable of prioritizing workload.
