Partner Management Intern, Merch

Overview: Join Fullscript as a Partner Management Intern in our Merchandising Department for a 16-week intensive role designed to immerse you in the heart of ecommerce and supplier relationship management. This position provides a unique opportunity to assist in managing all facets of supplier interactions and to drive impactful marketing strategies across multiple departments.

Duration: 16 Weeks

Work Environment: Remote position, requiring a commitment of 24 to 40 hours per week, ideally within the Central or Eastern Time zones.

• Assists Partner Manager in managing all aspects of existing and new supplier relationships, including strategies and product lifecycles.
• Works cross-functionally with Partner Managers and Marketing Communications to support and drive marketing strategies.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Support, and Quality on product management and supplier-related projects.
• Supports strategies to achieve Product Management sales and profit margin goals.

• Supports Partner Manager in maximizing the overall productivity of the Brand portfolio.
• Assists in the management of tasks associated with new and updated product introductions, price increases, and margin validation.
• Collaborates with Partner Manager on monthly business review decks with Vendors
• Handles daily inquiries from Vendors and triages.
• Prepares a variety of reports as needed and analyzes.
• Develops and builds expertise in suppliers and/or product lines.

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Strong foundation in portfolio/product management and marketing principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with basic skills in Excel functions such as V-lookup and Sum-if.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a results-driven approach.
