About the Role


We're seeking a visionary leader to join our Partnerships team as Sr. Partnership Manager, Enterprise. This role will focus on developing and managing strategic relationships with top marketing and fundraising agencies serving the nonprofit sector, as well as national federated organizations. You'll play a pivotal role in building executive-level relationships, driving joint value creation, and expanding our presence within the enterprise nonprofit market through these key partnerships.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy focused on the most reputable and influential agencies in the nonprofit fundraising space, as well as national and international federated organizations such as the Red Cross, United Ways, Greenpeace and YMCA.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers at target agencies and federated organizations.
  • Collaborate with agency and federated organization leaders to develop joint value propositions, integrated offerings, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive adoption and integration of our platform within agency and federated organization offerings through training, enablement, and ongoing support.
  • Negotiate and manage strategic partnership agreements, including joint revenue targets, co-selling activities, and success metrics for both agency and federated organization partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partnership activities with overall company goals, ensuring our solutions meet the unique needs of agencies and federated organizations.
  • Represent Fundraise Up at industry events and conferences to build our brand and identify new partnership opportunities within the agency and federated organization ecosystems.


Skills and Qualifications


  • 7+ years of partnerships, business development, or sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the nonprofit technology space, particularly with agencies and federated organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the nonprofit fundraising landscape, key players, and the specific needs of agencies and national federated organizations.
  • Executive presence and ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders in agencies and federated organizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to develop mutually beneficial partnership frameworks tailored to agencies and federated organizations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex partnerships, especially in the context of agency and federated organization relationships.
  • Experience with partner management platforms such as PartnerStack, Partner Fleet, and Crossbeam is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to build relationships and attend industry events relevant to agency and federated organization partnerships.
