Job Description and Responsibilities

What’s it all about?

Reporting to the Director of B2B and Product Marketing for Commercial Solutions, the B2B and Product Marketing Manager for Commercial Solutions is a strategic role focused on driving key growth initiatives. Our diverse team of talented members consistently elevates the standard for delivering best-in-class marketing for commercial solutions.

In this role, you will establish yourself as a valuable member of the Commercial team in Europe, driving our sales targets by delivering customer-centric initiatives and go-to-market plans that set Visa apart with Clients and Partners across the region. You have a deep empathy for our clients and collaborate closely with sales and product managers to deliver highly effective marketing initiatives that generate demand for our solutions.

You will collaborate closely with the regional Visa Commercial Solutions leads, regional Sales and our regional and global marketing to develop and deliver innovative programs and content that drive demand and adoption of our solutions with commercial clients.

You are a strategic thinker, obsessed with our customers, focused on generating demand for our solutions, and adept at tracking performance with data to demonstrate what works and what doesn't. Working in an agile environment, you must proactively ensure we achieve our goals and be skilled at pivoting and adjusting as new information and opportunities arise. You are a key ally of Visa’s Sales, Commercial, and Money Movement Organizations, regularly collaborating with sales, business performance, product, and strategy leaders across the organization.

 

What we expect of you, day to day.

• Lead the execution of B2B marketing strategies that differentiate our commercial offerings, communicate value to our customers, and drive measurable outcomes across the customer segment.

• Have a commercial mindset focused on ROI, working towards achieving business revenue targets, and delivering results while optimizing resources and budget.

• Be an expert on our competitive landscape and key customers, understanding their buying behaviours, challenges, and opportunities. Use these insights to create effective B2B marketing strategies that engage our key audiences and drive action.

• Develop impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities. Oversee the creation of digital content (web and social media), site development, and global rollout to optimize client engagement and lead generation across multiple channels.

• Drive thought leadership initiatives to position Visa as an industry leader, collaborating with key stakeholders to showcase our expertise and value to customers.

 • Direct our data and analytics efforts to measure program performance, optimize campaigns in real-time, and provide actionable insights that guide decision-making. This includes tracking relevant KPIs and implementing a revenue attribution model.

• Develop B2B marketing playbooks, audience engagement strategies, campaign creative frameworks, and media strategies. These assets will drive awareness, understanding, and demand generation with targeted customers across Europe.

• Collaborate with strategic partners to identify and engage in priority industry events that support our B2B marketing strategy. Lead the development of event content and engagement strategies to raise awareness of our offerings and engage targeted customers.

• Oversee measurement, analysis, and reporting of marketing program performance and its impact on business results. Regularly share results with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business.

 • Collaborate closely with the Sales teams and regional leads for granular tracking, reporting, and efficient demand generation management in the handover from marketing to sales.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

 

Qualifications

• B2B Marketing experience.

• Strong strategic thinker with a results orientation who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency.
• Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the marketing tech stack (sales and marketing automation and measurement tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, AEM and Google Analytics) and driving B2B digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience working in sales or B2B marketing function and / or within a marketing strategy and operations practice.
• Audience-focused mindset, with a demonstrated track record of discovering key insights.
• Financial and analytical acumen with strong ROI orientation.
• Knowledge on the agile framework and pragmatic marketing model.
• Global sensibilities and an empathetic outlook to work well with other markets and cultures around the world.
